The stretch-fit upper hugs every curve of the leg for a sculpted line, while the lace front allows for full adjustability from ankle to thigh. A padded tongue runs beneath the laces for comfort and protection through long rehearsals. The inner side zip at the calf, using the same system as our Venom and Velocity boots, allows for easy entry without compromising the fit or finish.
Crafted in premium leopard-print microsuede, VIRAL brings texture, depth, and statement energy under lights or on stage, or out on the town. The resin sole delivers the perfect balance of grip and glide, built for performance but striking enough for a night out.

Want your money back? Easy. Refunds land on your original payment method once your return reaches us and we've checked it's unworn and in original condition.
Condition: We can only take back heels that come back exactly as they left us, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Anything showing signs of wear can't be accepted.

Added Redo coverage at checkout? Your prepaid label is emailed to you for free. If not, you can buy one right there in the portal.

Pack it and post it
Pop your VAMPs back in their original box, attach the label, and send them on their way.
One rule: start your return in the portal before you ship anything back to us.

You can still return. You'll just buy your return label in the portal, with one exception below.

Australian swaps: One free exchange per order, both legs on us. Coverage or not.
US & UK: Your return is handled through Redo. On exchanges, you cover shipping for the new pair heading back out to you.

Faulty or wrong item
This one's on us
If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or it isn't what you ordered, that's on us. No coverage needed, and a full refund is always on the table.

Bundle & promo orders
Important note
If your order was placed using a quantity promotion, like buy two pairs and save on the second, any refund is calculated on the amount you paid for the returned item at the discounted price, not the full retail price.
Example: If you bought two pairs and got 50% off the second, and you return that second pair, your refund reflects the discounted price you actually paid for it.
