2. Eligible entrants
Entry is open to legal residents of Australia, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Germany, France and Greece, except where participation is prohibited by applicable law.
Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before entering. If a winner is under 18, their parent or legal guardian must confirm that permission and accept the prize on their behalf. Any additional age, consent or eligibility requirements imposed by applicable law continue to apply.
Employees of the Promoter and anyone directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible.
3. Competition period
Entries open on 1 November 2026 at 10:45 pm AEDT, Sydney time.
Entries close on 30 November 2026 at 11:59 pm AEDT, Sydney time. Entries must be successfully recorded before the closing time.
4. How to enter
Complete the official VAMP giveaway popup or entry-page form, provide a valid email address, accept these terms and successfully submit the form.
Entry is free. No purchase or marketing subscription is required. Providing a phone number is optional.
Existing subscribers must submit the giveaway form to enter; subscription alone is not an entry.
5. Entry limit
One entry per person across all entry channels. Multiple email addresses do not create additional permitted entries.
Test entries, duplicates, fraudulent entries and automated entries will be excluded. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
6. Marketing and early access
Email and SMS marketing permissions are separate and optional. Providing an email address or phone number does not, by itself, subscribe an entrant to marketing.
Marketing preferences do not affect entry validity or the chance of winning. Unsubscribing does not cancel a valid entry.
Eligible entrants who separately opt in to email marketing will receive Black Friday early-access details by email. Early access begins on 12 November 2026. Existing subscribers may also receive access without entering the giveaway.
7. Prize
One winner will receive one A$500 VAMP gift card. Total prize value: A$500 in Australian dollars.
The gift card:
- Is redeemable online at vampheels.com.
- Can be used on all VAMP products, including sale items, and toward shipping.
- Can be used across multiple orders until spent or expired.
- Expires three years from its issue date.
- Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
The winner must pay any amount exceeding the remaining balance. Product availability and shipping restrictions apply. The prize does not guarantee delivery to every address.
The value is A$500, not 500 units of another currency. Any currency conversion follows the store's checkout process. Eligible refunds for gift-card-funded purchases will be returned to the gift card balance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The gift card is a payment method. It does not override the conditions of separate discount offers.
8. Draw
The random draw will take place on 1 December 2026 at 12 noon AEDT at Unit B1/6–10 Durdans Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018, Australia.
VAMP will number all valid entries and use a computer-generated random number to select the winner. VAMP will retain records of the valid-entry list and draw result. Any independently supervised or verifiably random selection requirements applicable to the promotion must also be met.
9. Winner notification and delivery
The selected entrant will be contacted by email on 1 December 2026 and asked to respond within seven days.
Eligibility and acceptance must be confirmed before the prize is awarded. No payment or card details are required to claim.
The gift card will be emailed within five business days after eligibility and acceptance are confirmed.
10. Unclaimed prize
If no response is received, VAMP will send reminder emails after seven and fourteen days.
The final claim deadline is 1 March 2027 at 12 noon AEDT.
Subject to applicable legal requirements, an unclaimed-prize draw will take place on 2 March 2027 at 12 noon AEDT at the same Rosebery address, using the same random-selection procedure. The replacement winner will be contacted within two business days.
Any compulsory claim period or procedure takes precedence over an inconsistent provision in these terms.
11. Winner announcement
After verification and acceptance, VAMP may announce the winner's first name and country on its website and social channels with their consent, or their parent/guardian's consent if under 18.
Any publication required by applicable law will be handled accordingly. VAMP will not publish the winner's email address, phone number or full residential address.
12. Privacy
VAMP uses entry information to administer the giveaway, validate entries, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, contact the winner and deliver the prize.
Shopify and Klaviyo help process and store this information. Entry records may include contact information, submission timestamp, entry source, accepted terms version and separately recorded marketing choices.
Marketing permissions are optional and separate from entry. Information is handled under VAMP's Privacy Policy, available at https://vampheels.com/pages/privacy-policy, and applicable privacy law.

13. Technical issues and consumer rights
An entry is received only when successfully recorded. Entrants experiencing an error should retry or contact VAMP before entries close.
VAMP will take reasonable steps to address material technical problems. Material changes will only be made where lawful, with appropriate notice and any required approval.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Social platforms
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from liability arising from the giveaway.
