Not quite right? No problem. You have two options within 30 days of delivery.

Option 2

Refund

Return your item for a full refund to your original payment method.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear.

Return shipping

Who pays

Return and exchange shipping costs vary by country. Here’s how it works:

Australia

Prepaid return label

We provide a prepaid label to return your shoes to us. If you’re exchanging, standard shipping applies to send your new pair out.

USA, NZ & all other countries

Customer pays

Return postage is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service.

Bundle & promo orders

Important note

If your order was placed using a quantity promotion (such as buy 2 pairs and save on the second), any refund will be calculated on the amount paid for the returned item at the discounted price — not the full retail price.

Example: If you bought 2 pairs and received 50% off the second pair, and you return the second pair, your refund will reflect the discounted price you paid for that item.
