As per our usual VAMP Heels standard, they are of course handmade on true dance shoe lasts - the same construction VAMP has been perfecting year after year since our launch in 2020.
Venus are highly supportive, the mid-thigh elasticised shaft with lace-up adjustability provides a custom fit through the leg and ankle.
The inside zip is perfect for quick changes between sets and the peep-toe front provides perfect articulation through the foot.

How does VENUS fit through the thigh?
VENUS is true to size in EU sizing. The mid-thigh elasticised shaft accommodates different thigh sizes and the lace-up adjustability gives you a custom fit through the leg and ankle. If you have a wider foot, size up.
Is VENUS suitable for beginners?
VENUS is suitable for anyone who is comfortable in a heel. If you are looking for something to build confidence in first, our Voyage chunky heel dance boots or Vanquish in 3.5 inch are great starting points before stepping into VENUS.
Is VENUS good for floorwork?
Yes. The supportive thigh-high shaft and lace-up construction keeps everything secure and stable through floorwork.
How do I care for the velvet?
Wipe with a damp cloth after wear, air out before storing, and keep in the provided bag to protect the velvet.
Does VENUS come in other colours?

Condition: We can only take back heels that come back exactly as they left us, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Anything showing signs of wear can't be accepted.

Added Redo coverage at checkout? Your prepaid label is emailed to you for free. If not, you can buy one right there in the portal.

Pack it and post it
Pop your VAMPs back in their original box, attach the label, and send them on their way.
One rule: start your return in the portal before you ship anything back to us.

Faulty or wrong item

If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or it isn't what you ordered, that's on us. No coverage needed, and a full refund is always on the table.

Bundle & promo orders
Important note
If your order was placed using a quantity promotion, like buy two pairs and save on the second, any refund is calculated on the amount you paid for the returned item at the discounted price, not the full retail price.
Example: If you bought two pairs and got 50% off the second, and you return that second pair, your refund reflects the discounted price you actually paid for it.
